Delivery and returns

Delivery times vary depending on the destination but usuly our product is delivered within 8 to 10 working days. Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in original and resalable condition. MZRZ cutlery and Hunting Knives will repair or replace any product that is found to be defective within the warranty period.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are applied to all orders. We ship all orders via USPS or DHL. Tracking number will be provide after ship Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.  

Composition and care:

Here are some general tips for caring for cutlery and hunting knives: Stainless steel cutlery can be washed in the dishwasher, but they should be hand-dried to prevent water spots. Always hand-wash knives. Dry knives immediately after washing. If you wanted to keep swords, daggers knives for long perid of time please oil them with paraffin oil. Don't keep in the sheath. Store knives and all products in a dry, cool place. Avoid banging knives together or dropping them. Be careful when using knives, and always keep them out of the reach of children.
